Murray Mentor Featured in the Indianapolis Business Journal

The article, “How Indy-Area Businesses Use AI to Train Employees,” underscores a challenge facing nearly every plant today: as experienced employees retire, the knowledge that keeps operations running smoothly often retires with them. 

As our CPO, Mark Gordon, explained to IBJ: 

“We’re facing a retiring workforce tsunami. There aren’t enough people left on the factory floor who know how to keep the machines running. The junior people need more help.”
